Please read this first:

Do you fit our team?

  • As long as you're not in a writing role, you don't have to be flawless in English. But as our team is international, all communication will be in English.
  • You love social media, online courses, marketing and specifically: Instagram. You have an instagram account and follow Celine Charlotte @celinecharlotte.
  • In a different time zone than NL? Great! We work with people from all over the world.
  • You don't always work directly with Celine. You will meet Celine during our virtual get-togethers or team meetings, but all other communication will be through the managers.

The way we work

  • You will always work in a team, for example in 'team translators' or 'team editors'. You will communicate with your teammates and a manager via your slack group.
  • The manager will put new tasks online every week for everyone to sign up for. The number of tasks can vary from week to week.
  • Anyone in your team can take on the task, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have the time to do it, put your name on it.
  • We expect tasks to be completed within 24 hours once you assign the task to yourself.

Payout (money!)

  • We work with freelancers. So you must be registered at the Chamber of Commerce and be able to send invoices.
  • Each team has its own compensation/hourly rate, which you can find in the job description.
  • You keep track of your own hours. At the end of each month, you send an invoice of hours x hourly rate + (short) specification.
  • There are bonuses to be earned 🙂.

Update March 2023: we are currently closed for all applications. If there will be new job openings again later on, keep an eye on this page or Instagram for updates. Still got questions? Email us at team@celinecharlotte.com.

How do we rate your application?

The Celine Charlotte team application process is a little different from the typical "send in your resume" process.

We want to understand how you work. If you think you're the right fit for us, you can fill out a short questionnaire on the job application page. You may be asked to complete a trial assignment related to the position you're applying for.

How to apply:

  • step 1: Fill out the questionnaire.
  • step 2: We also may ask you to do a trial assignment. The trial is a short, quick assignment that usually takes around 15 minutes of your time.
  • step 3: You may apply to multiple positions, but maximum two.

Does this sound like your kinda job? Great!
